There are a lot of rites of passage associated with being an educator, but few are as predictable as the fall school picture day. Students who normally get by with tee shirts and jeans show up dressed so that you hardly recognize them and you realize that they may be seventh graders, but they ARE growing up after all. This photo combines a second tradition and that is fall football games with students wearing their jersey to class for the first time. Yes, if you look close, this is a young lady wearing a football jersey for HER first game. Not so predictable in itself.
